Week 1 is gone with no positive result.  I actually gained wt , since my Day 1 weigh-in was the lowest wt of this year so far and I had so many social events, I expected the my 2nd weigh-in(today) would be higher than 1st WI.  Monday is not a good WI day because I eat too much during weekends.   Hopefully next WI is better than today's.
