Thanks Simone...I feel like my first week went well. Just trying to work in all the meals and planning a day ahead my meal plan. Not a big meat eater so trying my best to get my protein in. I had to skip weight lifting one day because my left tricep was really hurting me. Feeling good today so will be back at it tomorrow. One week down, eleven more to go!
