Challenge Tip

I filled out what exercises I was going to do and what weights I planned to use in my journal. This helped save time, so I could get in there, get out, and stay on schedule for the rest of the day. It may seem tedious, but planning and executing a workout produces results.

Thx Simone, I am doing HIIT. I walk 3 minutes, jog hard for 3, and go back and forth for 20 to 30 minutes. This is VERY challenging to me cardio wise and I am really getting my sweat on ... I love this workout. I also sweat with the lifting. I can really tell a difference in my legs now that I'm doing this. Thx Simone!

Motivational Tip

At the start of your Challenge, you have to be mentally prepared to tackle anything that comes your way and press on through it all. If you take a moment to read the stories of past and present Body-for-LIFE® Champions, you will see that many overcame some adversity during their Challenge that could have set them back and perhaps even compelled them to quit.
