Challenge Tip

Life must go on when you travel. With just a little planning, you don’t have to sabotage your health while on the road. Find hotels with exercise rooms. Go for a jog or to the local gym. Pack foods that you can use in a pinch, such as apples, protein bars, ready-to-drink shakes, whey protein powder to mix in a shaker, pre-packaged tuna and cracker snacks.

I have heard it said the best workout is the one you will do and put your all into.  If someone has done x challenges in a row and are just getting bored with it and need to try something else (Like do a triathlon, or P90X or whatever) then go ahead.  Find out what works best for you and motivates you.  I have seen so many routines and systems that are supposed to be designed to elicit peak result...

Motivational Tip

I gained inspiration to complete the Challenge by creating a 2 ½-minute video of my transformation. Each day I added three seconds, wearing the same bikini and standing in the same place. After adding each day’s footage, I’d watch it from the start. That’s how I learned that each day matters.
