Extended cardio today. Having to change my diet as one of my food staples is no longer in season. Fortunately I've found a way of reducing  my cook time by half as the amount of time spent on cooking was starting to drag on me. I. Have a goal for the next 2 weeks which I think is important rather than just looking forward to the end of the program which is about a month away still.
