Hi Fan28 ~ Just remember that fruit is a carb.  It's not as much as you want, though certainly it can be included in your plan.  I enjoyed fruit daily.  For me it was usually a granny smith apple or blueberries/raspberries, but that's preference.

Motivational Tip

During my Challenge I had the quote "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels!" written in my wallet. During times of temptation I would pull it out and just envision how great I was going to feel when I reached my goal.
