Ok, very good plan. I really do not think it matters which exercises you do, just that you are targeting the right muscle groups with exercises that are intense for you. The fourth week was fun as I incorporated some new exercises that I really enjoy. That kept me excited to keep working out. Whatever it takes to keep going, that is what you have to do.
