I know what you mean. I do the same as you on rest days: house chores, etc. It's not high cardio but beats being a couch potato. Yep, after 40 women start losing muscle, and if you don't do resistance training you just keep getting weaker and weaker. I don't want to be disabled when I am older, I want to be active!
