If this is your first time...try doing the program by the book first.  Then on your next round you can tweak it.   Every time I do a BFL I always follow the program just for something different for me.  But I always follow the BFL program as designed when I do it.   If you read my posts you will see that I also do  different things throughout the yr.  But that is what I do.
