Halfway through!!!! I started on April 13th and am finishing up my sixth week. It hasn't come off as easily but I am down nine pounds and 3.5 inches on my waist, 2 inches on my Chet and hips. I definitely see muscle definition coming back! Can't do cardio full speed due to a recent hip bursitis diagnosis but hopefully PT will get me back on track. Anyone else halfway? I am nervous about this week...
