Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me.  I do MMA twice a week and was wondering if anybody could tell me if this is ok for cardio.  It lasts for 90 minutes, completely cardio based, and is packed with high intensity interval training.  I feel it would be too much to do my HIIT in the morning but cannot give up my MMA, surely this doesnt mean I cant do the challenge?  ...
