Wow! You are really dedicated to log your meals each day. And, daily weigh-ins. At least you can see your progress and know immediately if you are going in the right direction. I guess you'd have to have a digital scale to do that. My scale is old school and I don't think it would reflect much change on a daily basis. Keep up the good work.
